In a significant legal victory, we have won the case against the Migration Department before the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania.

This landmark decision carries far-reaching implications for businesses operating in the transport sector, as it confirms the position that Migration department has no right to revoke the permits for the employees of the international freight companies based on the fact that a particular company, in the opinion of the Migration department, does not own and (or) control sufficient amount of vehicles that is required to conduct the economic activity.

The case in question was part of a series of 26 disputes between IPUKIS company group and the Migration Department, underscoring the complexity and scope of the legal battle.
